Good Faith Estimate

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.

You have the right to receive an estimate explaining the anticipated cost of your mental health care before beginning treatment.

If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges.

Additional information about your rights is available through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

If you have questions about fees or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact our office.
