You may find yourself overthinking every decision, questioning your worth, or feeling as though no amount of success ever feels like enough. The habits that once created safety can eventually create distance from yourself and the life you want to experience. Individual therapy creates space to understand those patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and build a future that is guided by intention rather than old survival strategies. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sessions also focus on identifying and shifting the core beliefs and negative thought patterns that quietly shape how you see yourself and the world.
